My name is Michael Wilcoxon and I am the owner and head trainer of TheKetohulk Fitness. My fitness journey began at a young age and it quickly became my first love.
I earned a football scholarship to the University of Texas where unfortunately my career was cut short due to injury. It was hard adjusting after being an athlete for so many years.
During this time period, I turned to my safe haven, the gym. I have used the gym to build confidence, provide a positive outlet for life’s daily struggles, and improve health.
I decided from that day forward I would share my passion for fitness with the world. I have worked with strength athletes, bodybuilders, and just average gym goers. My goal at the end of the day is to make you the best version of yourself and help you achieve the body you deserve.
